Then get a taste of Geneva’s history with the mini-train Tramway Tour and dig even deeper into the Old Town with your guide on a walking tour.


Cathédrale Saint-Pierre / Saint Peter's CathedralGeneva’s Old Town (Vieille Ville) contains some of the city’s foremost attractions, including the Barbier-Mueller Museum, the Cathédrale St-Pierre and the Maison Tavel. It is also the site of the International Museum of the Reformation.


To complete this City Tour, continue on the lake with a one hour commented boat cruise which will allow you to discover the major attractions of Lake Geneva: the Water Fountain, The United Nations building, the castle of Bellerive, the Mermaid, and many more interesting sites.

Explore the beautiful Swiss cities of Lausanne and Montreux on this relaxing and scenic day trip from Geneva.
The drive will take you through the stunning Swiss countryside.

In the afternoon, driving through the canton of Vaud and along the lake, passing the famous towns of Vevey and Montreux, you will reach the Château de Chillon, one of Switzerland’s most famous monuments.

Enjoy a guided tour of this breathtakingly beautiful 12th-century castle. Board a traditional paddle boat for a short cruise on the lake, where you will enjoy another stunning view of the castle.

Thursday 4th September
Beautiful panoramic cruise to Lausanne via Yvoire and Thonon les Bains

The cruise will take you to Lausanne and back, with the possibility of disembarking on the way.

Enjoy the interior of the boat and the view as you cross over to the French side of the lake to the fabulous medieval town of Yvoire.

yvoireYvoire is one of Lake Geneva’s most astonishing destinations, a fortified market village with ramparts, gates, moats, old houses and a harbour with a view of the small and great lakes.
