In September 2014, LINAC14 will gather the Linear Accelerator worldwide community for a week of presentations and discussions on trends and challenges in the domain of ion sources, electron, proton and ion linear accelerators. Approximately 400 people are expected to attend the event, which will be held in Geneva with the support of the CERN laboratory.
Opportunities for Sponsors and Exhibitors
• Gain quality exposure and meet decision makers in the Linear Accelerator domain;
• Participate in the definition of new research trends in Linear Accelerator technology;
• Establish relationships with leading scientists and engineers, and promote your business;
• Learn about collaboration opportunities with international research laboratories and how to access knowledge transfer programmes (one of the exhibitor booths will be held by CERN’s Knowledge and Technology Transfer team).
Where: International Conference Centre Geneva (CICG), Switzerland.
When: September 1 – 5, 2014.
The most relevant fields of technology involved in linear accelerators are Ion Sources, Vacuum, Cryogenics, High Precision Mechanics, Radio Frequency, Magnets, Superconductivity, Power Converters, Survey and Alignment, Beam Diagnostics, Beam Dynamics, Modelling and Simulations, and Controls.
